Hotel Imperial is a small, family-run hotel with a central location on the traffic free Rembrandt Square. Dam Square is a 10-minute walk away. There is a tram stop 100 meters away with fast connections to Amsterdam Central Station and the RAI Congress Centre. The Flower Market as well as most museums and sights are within walking distance. Hotel Imperial offers uniquely decorated guestrooms with a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Coffee and tea facilities and a hairdryer are available upon request. The basic breakfast that is included comes with a croissant and coffee/tea. Guests can opt for a breakfast buffet at a surcharge and it includes drinks, fruit, meat, cheese, bread and yogurt. There are many restaurants and bars in the area for lunch, dinner or drinks.

You must climb at least 2 flights of stairs to get to your room. They are not steep by Amsterdam standards, but people with stair problems should be made aware. On weekends, rooms facing the front of the hotel may experience street noise if the windows are kept open. If closed, most sounds are muffled. Hairdryers are available on request. The hotel offers two kinds of breakfast, one that is included in the price and a buffet breakfast that costs EUR 12.5 per person per day. The included breakfast is not in the hotel, guests can go to any shop/restaurant/cafe around the area. When you show the receipt (with tax) and return it to the hotel it will be refunded up to EUR 5 per person per day. The breakfast buffet which cost EUR 12.5 per person per day consists of beverages, cereals, fruit, yogurt, bread/toast, meat, cheese and assorted condiments.
