Please note that when a booking exceeds the total price of EUR 1000, the hotel will charge a non-refundable pre-payment of 10%. Please note that guests are requested to bring the credit card that was made to make the booking. If this is not possible, guests are required to bring a copy of the credit card with approval and a photo copy of the credit card holder ID card or passport.
