Please note that the hotel entrance is situated on Haberstraße beside the T-Punkt shop, not at the postal address of Hertzstraße 12. The reception is open from 08:00 until 16:00 from Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, it is open from 09:00 until 12:00. Guests planning to arrive after 16:00 on a weekday or after 12:00 on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday should inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the reservation confirmation. Breakfast is not available at the hotel. Guests can have breakfast in the mall, just 100 metres away. The mall is open from 07:00 from Mondays to Saturdays.
