This family-run hotel offers the individual charm and romance of an Art Nouveau villa dating from 1895. Hotel Strandvilla Janine is located in the heart of Borkum, just below the lighthouse and a few metres from the beach and promenade. Borkum Island is partially car free. Please note that the schedule for Borkum’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides. The travel time from Emden Ferry Port to Borkum Island is approximately 130 minutes, including a ride on the Island’s Inselbahn (train). Guests can leave their cars at Emden Ferry Port, which has a large car park.
