The all-inclusive Grand Oasis Palm offers a private beach and is set 5 km from central Cancún, within the Hotel Zone. It features an outdoor pool, squash and tennis courts and a spa. All rooms offer Caribbean Sea views. This Mexican-style hotel has a kid's club with cooking lessons, a disco and a games area with a Wii and Xbox. There is also a pool with a waterslide. Air-conditioned rooms have flat-screen cable TV, a minibar and coffee maker. There is a safe for hire. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer, shower and toiletries. The hotel complex features 7 bars and 10 speciality restaurants, including one for children. Restaurants include sushi, Tex-Mex and international buffets. There are also mezcal, tequila and wine tasting sessions. Many shops, bars and restaurants can be found nearby. There is a 24-hour reception, and you can hire a car from the tour desk. Free parking is available and Cancun Airport is 19 km away. The hotel is next to a pier, where you can take a 20-minute boat trip to Mujeres Island.

All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round.
