Free scheduled shuttle services to and from Xindian MRT Station are provided for guests. It is a 1-hour, 30-minute drive from Taoyuan International Airport. Guests can arrange day trips at the tour desk, or get directions to walk to the local waterfalls and scenic spots. There are also meeting rooms and a 24-hour front desk. Fine dining and candlelight dinners can be enjoyed at Volando Soyan, where dishes are prepared using seasonal vegetables and fresh seafood. Reservation is required for the free shuttle service to Xindian MRT Station. Guests must inform the hotel directly in advance. The shuttle timings from Xindian MRT are: 09:30, 11:00,12:40,14:10,15:30,17:10,19:30. The shuttle timings from the hotel are: 10:20,12:00,13:30,14:50,16:30,18:30, 20:30. Please note that from 5 Nov.2016, the open hour of public bath is 08:00 - 23:00 (Friday to Wednesday), 12:00 - 23:00 (Thursday).
