Please note that due to a burst water pipe, urgent repair works have to be carried out at the hotel. The hotel will be completely closed between 21 November 2016 and 25 November 2016. Refurbishment will be carried out from 15 November 2016 until mid-February 2017 (but not at weekends or else between Christmas and New Year). During the whole period of refurbishment, the sauna area and part of the treatment rooms will be closed. The swimming pool, brine bath and relaxation room will remain open and are accessible via the hotel staircase. Some spa treatments can be offered, and other treatments are available at the nearby partner hotel, Schlosshotel Ralswiek. Guests who have already booked for the period from 15 November 2016 until mid-February 2017 and who have not been contacted already by the hotel, are welcome to contact the hotel to postpone their booking, cancel their booking, have the price adjusted or accept alternative accommodation. However, the hotel would be delighted if guests stay at Hotel Badehaus Goor.
