Built in 1757 in a traditional wooden style, the Hirschen Hotel in Schwarzenberg in the Bregenz Forest offers an award-winning gourmet restaurant, a sauna, and free underground parking. The Hirschen Schwarzenberg features individually furnished rooms in a rustic style with wooden furniture and floors, either located in the main building or in the annex (30 metres away). They are located in the historic main building and in the quiet Wälderhaus annexe. All rooms include satellite TV, and a bathroom with bathrobes, slippers, and a hairdryer. Awarded by the Gault Millau with 1 toque, the restaurant serves regional specialities and Austrian cuisine, as well as a wide selection of Austrian wines in the traditional parlours, dating from the 18th century.
