An old Norman house, located in the heart of Deauville, this residence faces the sea and is close to the famous Planches. It offers free access to an indoor pool, steam room and fitness centre. Pierre & Vacances Premium La Villa Gardénia features rooms with private bathroom and satellite TV. The apartments come with fully equipped kitchens, tea and coffee making facilities and balconies. Bread and pastries can be delivered to the apartment upon request at reception. La Villa Gardénia has a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service is available at an extra cost. You can also borrow a portable PlayStation games console, books and board games. Premium La Villa Gardénia is located nearby the casino, luxury shops and restaurants. Deauville Thalasso-Spa Centre is only 250 metres from the hotel. A wide range of activities is available such as water sports, horse riding and playing tennis on the beach. The grocery shop also offers a delivery service to the apartments, available at an extra cost. Deauville/Trouville Train Station is 800 metres from the hotel and Deauville Saint Gatien Airport is 7 km away. There are both public and private, secured car park on site.

Reception is open 24 hours a day, all year long. A EUR 500 damage deposit will be charged for each apartment on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. Please note the hammam will be closed from 4 March 2016 for maintenance work. Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), low-speed WiFi access, 2 bathrobes, free access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Available at an extra cost: housekeeping mid-week. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation. For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested free of charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) at an extra cost. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
