This family-run guest house in Brannenburg lies at the foot of the Wendelstein Mountain in the Inn Valley. It offers country-style rooms, traditional Bavarian food, and great sports options. The Berggasthaus Kraxenberger provides spacious rooms and apartments with country-style furniture. Nearly all include a private balcony with mountain views. Varied breakfasts are provided at the Berggasthaus. The breakfast room offers great views of the Bavarian Alps. Local dishes, fresh trout, and other German dishes are served in the Kraxenberger’s restaurant. The Kraxenberger is surrounded by scenic hiking, cycling, and skiing routes. Several lakes are also nearby. Rosenheim and the Austrian border are only about 20 minutes away by car.

The guest house can be found by typing Dientzenhoferstraße into a car's navigation system. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation for guests arriving on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Please note that extensive construction and renovation work will be taking place at the property between 15 March 2017 until around 30 August 2017. This might lead to some disturbances, especially in the outside area. The restaurant will also be reduced to a capacity of around 20 seats.
