Quick description

With panoramic views towards the famous Eyjafjallajökull glacier, Godaland Guesthouse is 10 km from Hvolsvöllur village. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a shared TV lounge. Bedrooms at Godaland Guesthouse are bright and modern, with a reading light, desk and chair, as well as black-out curtains. Most have views of the glacier, and all have shared bathroom facilities. Breakfast can be provided if requested in advance. There are several cafés and restaurants around Hvolsvöllur, while the town of Selfoss is a 40-minute drive away and offers more shopping and eating options. Eyjafjallajökull volcano is a 30-minute drive away, and the centre of the Thórsmörk mountain area is just over 50 km away. There is a ferry to the Westman Islands from Landeyjahöfn harbour 30 km from Godaland Guesthouse.
