On-site laundry facilities are available. Boathaven Spa Resort is situated 9 km from Shute Harbour. Whitsunday Coast Airport is a 40-minute drive away. Free covered car parking is provided. Wi-Fi access is available for a small extra charge.

There is a transfer service available to and from Whitsunday Coast Airport for AUD 20 per person one-way or AUD 35 per person return. Boathaven Spa Resort is unable to accommodate bookings for school leavers (‘schoolies’) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests are required to present a valid credit card and valid photo ID upon check in (at least 1 guest must be 18 years of age or older). The hotel’s Terms Of Stay must be signed – no exceptions will be made. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
